Who is Metz?
We are Denmark's largest supplier of merchandise, clothing, promotional gifts and Christmas gifts. More than 300 companies trust us to deliver innovative solutions, beautiful design and high quality. Of course, being the largest in the industry has its advantages. You will get access the best supplier agreements and licenses. And we can develop, design and produce our own products in exactly the high quality that Metz is known for. But as a supplier to the country's largest companies, our responsibility is greater than that.
1993 - When it all started
Metz was established in 1993, where promotional gifts were typically nylon bags with a company logo. We were convinced that we could do better.

2021 - Merging for a Stronger Future
In may 2021 Baxx Promotion A/S and Metz A/S merged into one company. Behind the merger was a vision to raise the sustainable standard at an international level in an industry where there are very extensive requirements for both advice and documentation.

1997 – The Beginning of a Legacy
In 1997, Metz build a dedicated gifting department and grow it into one of the most recognized in the industry. Through vision, determination, and a deep understanding of the market. Today, Metz is known across Denmark as one of the leading names in company gifting.
2010 - Stronger foundation through network
Membership and part ownership of IGC Global Promotion (New name: IGC INTERNATIONAL)
2014 - To be a first mover in responsibility
Launched our first COP reports.
2015 - A concept that change the game
Developed our “just in time” concept which was innovative and fast.
Was ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified in Kolding.
2016 - Building more trust
Created a product compliance department and added levels to our RSCM system. And switched to renewable energy purchase in Vedbæk
2018 - Raising the Bar in Supply Chain Risk Management
Global supply chain risk management certified by Achilles.
2019 - Driving SDG Progress on Goals 8 & 12
Made a clear strategy on the SDG’s focusing on goal 8 & 12 and defined production and recycling processes including a guiding tool on plastic materials.
2020 - Raising the Bar in Supply Chain Risk Management
Switched to renewable energy puchase on all locations.
Was ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified in Vedbæk.
2022 - Setting a higher standard than expected
1.5-degree target setting for 2030, aligning with the Science-Based Targets initiative.
Started to work on our ESG accounting and took the first steps on making a system that can calculate the CO2e of our delivered products.
2023 - Expanding into a new U.S. division
We decided to expand our business to the U.S., as the majority of our customers have branches there. This new division, Metz US Corp., aims to ensure alignment in quality, consistency, and responsibility in our costumers merchandise.
2024 - A new fusion is born
A new concept was developed to simplify the process for our customers to order merchandise and corporate gifts. This innovative approach is named the 360° Solution. Our customers benefit from the best of both worlds, seamlessly integrated into a single platform.
